You have three options: (1) Connect your Gmail account for automatic scanning of confirmation emails, (2) Forward confirmation emails to your unique TripTrack email address (found in Settings), or (3) Add trips manually by tapping the "+" button and entering details yourself.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and OAuth 2.0 for Gmail integration. We never store your email password, and we only read confirmation emails from travel providers โ nothing personal. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
TripTrack supports 500+ airlines and hotel chains worldwide, including all major carriers and booking platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.). If we can't automatically parse a confirmation, you can always add it manually.
Once you add a flight, TripTrack automatically tracks it in real-time. You'll receive push notifications for gate changes, delays, cancellations, boarding calls, and baggage claim updates โ often before the airline's own app notifies you.
Yes! Open any trip, tap the share icon, and generate a shareable link. Anyone with the link can view your full itinerary in their browser โ no app download required. Perfect for sharing with travel companions, family, or colleagues.
Point your camera at any receipt and tap the capture button. Our AI automatically extracts the merchant name, amount, date, and category. You can edit any field before saving. All receipts are organized by trip and can be exported to CSV or PDF for expense reports.
The Free plan includes 3 active trips, unlimited reservations per trip, 10 receipts per month, 3 AI concierge messages per day, destination weather, and push notifications. It's perfect for occasional travelers who want to try TripTrack.

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings โ [Your Name] โ Subscriptions โ TripTrack. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
Yes! All your trips, reservations, and receipts are stored locally on your device and accessible offline. Flight tracking and AI concierge features require an internet connection, but your core itinerary is always available.
Not yet, but we're actively working on it! TripTrack is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Join our waitlist on the homepage to be notified when we launch on Android.
Open the app, go to Settings โ Account โ Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your trips, receipts, and data. If you have an active Pro subscription, make sure to cancel it first through iPhone Settings to avoid future charges.
