By accessing or using TripTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use TripTrack for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Some features of TripTrack require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TripTrack:
- In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To transmit any malicious code or viruses
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TripTrack or another user
- To engage in any automated use of the system
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TripTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
TripTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application.
